In Class 5 we set weekly homework. This is to support the learning taking place in class and to inform parents. It also serves to prepare the children for secondary school. 

Homework schedule:

Monday: Times tables quiz today

Tuesday: Maths Homework due

Wednesday: Reading Journal task checked

Thursday: Spelling Task due

Children may require support at home.

If there are any parts they find particularly difficult or need help with, the children can return the work to me early for support.
