Anglo-Saxons and Vikings

In History, we have been learning about the Anglo-Saxons and Vikings. We learnt about Scandinavia and the reasons why the Vikings left there to invade Britain. We also went on a trip to the Somerset Rural Life Museum in Glastonbury. While we were there, we re-enacted the Battle of Edington, made clay runes and created Anglo-Saxon burhs.
